Jim Dinkins brings over 30 years of experience in federal law enforcement and banking, including serving as President of Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS). He began his career with the U.S. Customs Service, later leading financial security initiatives at the Department of Homeland Security. Jim was instrumental in establishing Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), managing a $2 billion budget and 9,000 employees. After retiring from law enforcement, he joined TRSS and held senior roles in financial crimes compliance before being named President. Jim also serves on advisory boards for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the American Gaming Association.
