Each holiday season, Penlink employees collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to provide gifts and essential items to families facing hardship. This year also marked a multi-location Volunteer Day across the Americas, with employees partnering with regional nonprofits, community groups, and service organizations. Teams contributed time and talent to support a wide range of local needs, from food security to shelter support to youth programs. The coordinated initiative encouraged hands-on engagement and strengthened relationships with organizations that share Penlink’s values of service and community care. It also highlighted the company’s ongoing commitment to empowering employees to give back in meaningful ways.
