  • Additional Inquiry Data includes additional information that you may provide when you contact us through the Website.

For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Website feature. 

Third Parties Data. May include mobile location data associated with mobile advertising Ids. This information is not associated with your name, email address, or phone number.

Opt-out Requests. To opt out of our disclosure of your personal or advertising Id data, please send us an email and provide your name, email address and related the identifiers, so we can see if we have any associated data and communicate with you about this request.

  • Direct interactions.You may provide us your Identity Data and Contact Data by entering your details on our Website, including when you apply for open positions that we post on our Website, or by providing such details to PenLink representatives in events and conferences.

We collect this data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies. We may also receive Technical Data about you if you visit other websites employing our cookies.

Data Providers Information

When an End User engages with an App, we will only collect the information detailed below from your device if you have expressly consented to third-party collections. we may obtain this information through our trusted partners, who are obligated to secure your explicit consent beforehand. 

Data Identifiers: This includes the hashed MD5 email of End Users (applicable if the mobile application offers in-app sign-in), the iOS® Identifier for Advertising (for iOS devices), or the Android™ Advertiser ID (for Android deices). 

Technical Data: This encompasses details about the mobile device you use, such as the manufacturer and model, operating system and platform, and location on the devices you employ to access data providers. 

To opt out of our disclosure of your advertising ID and location data, please provide your name and email address so we can communicate with you about this request, and provide your mobile ad ID and device type so we can check to see if we have any data associated with your device.

Data Security and Retention

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from accidental or unlawful loss, use, alteration or disclosure. CCPA/CPRA Notice

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended (“CCPA”), PenLink, in scope of the CCPA are providing this California Consumer Privacy Act Notice (“CCPA Notice”). This CCPA Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California consumers, effective January 1, 2020.  Terms used but not defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the CCPA. This CCPA Notice does not apply to personal information that we collect from job applicants, contractors or employees. 

PenLink may collect personal information from our affiliates; our customers; data suppliers and service providers; partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint event or marketing activities; and social networks. We may share this personal information with: our affiliates; our customers; service providers, agents and representatives; joint venture partners; and other parties where required by law or to protect our rights.

You may be required to submit proof of your identity for these requests to be processed. Such information may include your First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, Zip, and Date of Birth and either your Social Security Number or your Driver’s License Number and State.  This information will be used only for the purposes of verifying your identity and processing your request. We may not be able to comply with your request if we are unable to confirm your identity or to connect the information you submit in your request with personal information in our possession. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf subject to proof of identity and written authorization.
