He has held distinguished roles as Chairman, Board member, CEO, and COO across Fortune 500 technology firms, startups, employee-owned businesses, and private equity-backed platforms. Stu recently served as President, Chairman, and CEO of Peraton, a $7+B next generation national security company. Stu is the former President & Chief Operating Officer of Leidos , a $7B solutions focused company, and was the principal architect in the creation of Leidos when he served as COO of SAIC , an $11B science & technology solutions company. Prior to being named COO, Stu led SAIC’s support to the national security community as President, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group and was previously Director of Space & Intelligence at Northrop Grumman TASC.
