The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Organized Retail Theft Task Force, based in Maryland, has charged six suspects tied to a multi-state theft ring. All six are currently in custody: Daryl Michael Jackson, 30; Cyan Rocke, 25; Marco Morgan, 37; Tia Courtney, 31; Chyna Parker, 26; and Quasaan Parker, 22.
The investigation began in February 2025 after a string of retail thefts across the county. When PGPD formed its Organized Retail Theft Task Force a year later, the case expanded into a multi-state investigation spanning Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.
Detectives spent hundreds of hours building the case, ultimately tying the group to thefts from more than 100 businesses and losses topping $500,000. Investigators tracked how the stolen merchandise moved after each theft, including sales made through social media and private transactions — work that helped connect individual thefts back to the wider ring.
On a single Monday morning, PGPD, Maryland State Police, the Metropolitan Police Department, and Homeland Security Investigations executed six coordinated search warrants across Maryland and Washington, D.C., recovering roughly $20,000 in stolen merchandise, some of it still carrying store security tags.
The case remains active, with additional arrests expected. It involved partnership from the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, and the Arlington County Police Department.
