Dan Smith brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience, most recently serving as CFO at Simeio, where he led financial operations and strategic M&A in the identity security space. Prior to that, he held CFO roles at private equity-backed companies, including Tyto Athene, where he played a key role in driving growth through multiple acquisitions, and MicroPact, which was acquired by Tyler Technologies in 2019. His expertise in managing complex financial operations and building high-performing teams has been instrumental in scaling businesses and driving strategic growth. Dan holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University.
