Shea brings over 40 years of transformational leadership to Penlink. He has held distinguished roles as Chairman, Board Member, CEO, and COO across Fortune 500 technology firms, startups, employee-owned businesses, and private equity-backed platforms. Most recently, Shea served as President, Chairman, and CEO of Peraton.
As the founder of the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) and the GEOINT Symposium, Shea is widely recognized for his work advancing geospatial intelligence and shaping the landscape of U.S. intelligence and defense technology. He served as the Chairman and Member of the Senior Advisory Group (SAG) for five Directors of National Intelligence (DNIs), as well as on numerous other industry and government advisory boards.
