Jim Dinkins is the President of Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS), with over 30 years of experience in federal law enforcement and banking. He began his career with the U.S. Customs Service, later leading financial security initiatives at the Department of Homeland Security. Jim was instrumental in establishing Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), managing a $2 billion budget and 9,000 employees. After retiring from law enforcement, he joined TRSS, then held senior roles in financial crimes compliance before returning as President in 2019.
