Lt. Johnmichael O’Hare retired from the Hartford Police (CT) in 2018. After starting in patrol and advancing through a proactive street crimes unit targeting narcotics and firearms violence in the city’s toughest areas, he was promoted to Detective in 2009 and served as Gang Intelligence Officer, earning numerous commendations and the Chief's Medal of Valor. In 2013, he established the Capitol City Command Center (C4), a Real Time Intelligence Center supporting street operations and aiding Investigative units.

Senior Web Intelligence Analyst, PenLink

Stephen Lerner is a Senior Web Intelligence Analyst at PenLink. In his role, he trains clients around the world on the use of OSINT tools and on the field of intelligence in general. In his spare time, he enjoys researching crimes and the latest tools of the intelligence trade.
