With over 20 years of experience in training and development, Shelby is currently a Senior Instructional Designer at PenLink. In addition to designing impactful learning experiences, she also leads and delivers custom classes for clients, blending her expertise with hands-on instruction.
Shelby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from San Diego State University. She is trilingual, fluent in English, Romanian, and German.
In her free time, Shelby enjoys staying active by running, playing tennis, and exploring National Parks. She also dedicates time to volunteering with the Lincoln Track Club and serves on the board of directors for the Great Plains Trails Network.
