In this role, you will lead user research in support of cross-functional team, enhancing, our understanding of users and their behavior and improving our product-decision making. You will develop our user research process and ensure that user research is supporting product initiatives throughout the product life cycle. The successful User Researcher is passionate about helping organizations row, driving innovation, discovering actionable user insights, and effectively communicating research findings.


  • Collaborating with product owners and product managers to align with product strategy, identify research needs and goals, and build research plans
  • Using appropriate quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to inform UX design direction and promote data-drive decision making
  • Implementing user experience research and usability testing projects, including recruiting, screening, scheduling, and conducting sessions with participants
  • Conducting research to gather insights for new product and concept developments, including user requirements gathering and early stage concept and prototype testing, guerrilla research, and other approaches to ensuring the user centered design principles and best practice across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, experimental design, and statistical analysis
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design and user interface design patterns including accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills
  • Team oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and self-directed
  • Prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or a related field
  • 5+ years minimum prior experience as a User Researcher, leading and conducting user research studies including user interviews, field studies, usability tests, and A/B testing
  • Portfolio, case studies, or examples of conducted research with resulting conclusions required
  • Relevant experience or field knowledge of data science, predictive analytics, machine learning, business intelligence, or product analysis is a plus
