The Training Relations Admin is accountable for coordinating details related to training classes and advising customers on the best training solution for their needs.  This position is responsible for preparing classroom materials, tracking class registrations, tracking shipments, responding to customer inquiries about upcoming classes, administering our learning management system and supporting the front desk functions as needed.  This position will partner closely with our Sales, Marketing and Accounting teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering customer questions about classes via email and phone calls
  • Tracking training leads (outgoing calls/emails to interested customers)
  • Tracking class registrations and updating rosters
  • Updating the website with class information and creating flyers for each class
  • Proofing or editing training documents before sending to print
  • Preparing training folders and giveaways for shipping
  • Printing and shipping training class materials
  • Configuring the most cost-effective solutions for the shipment of laptops, print shipping labels, and updating laptop spreadsheet with accurate information
  • Gathering and updating all class information Outlook calendar invites and Salesforce
  • Functioning as a central point of contact for key customer relationships
  • Pulling training survey results post-class
  • Sending follow-up documentation to participants post-class
  • Managing deadlines with Training team members
  • Welcoming guests and answering incoming phone calls one hour a day when receptionist is at lunch or when receptionist is on vacation/out sick

YOUR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience a plus
