The Marketing Manager, Customer Experience and Evidence is responsible for engaging key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. This position will identify opportunities to capture and share customer successes and will be responsible for building relationships that result in collaboration. This position will organize and amplify customer stories to aid in the sales and marketing of our products.


  • Curating and authoring customer evidence to be used in joint podium presentations, co-authored content, webinars, white papers, case studies, etc.
  • Identifying creative outlets for storytelling and customer testimony, including digital and video outputs
  • Establishing relationships with industry publications in an effort to grow organic mentions of the brand
  • Developing of educational agendas and objectives for conferences, virtual events, collaboratives, and networking discussions
  • Partnering with the Marketing Director to establish an annual strategic plan for customer engagement opportunities
  • Participating in customer engagement opportunities and serving as a liaison to the PenLink brand
  • Partnering with the Product and Innovation teams to deliver sales enablement resources
  • Managing contract resources to support content development and publication
  • Travel less than 25% of the time
  • Other responsibilities as needed


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate ideas concisely in a professional manner
  • Ability to think strategically and execute on those plans
  • Proficient in time management, planning, prioritization, and organization
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative and able to come up with interesting and innovative ideas to develop content

  • 10 years of experience is preferred
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or another related field or equivalent work experience
