The Front-end Software Developer is responsible for building and maintaining software development initiatives as well as providing testing and support for the company’s various web application platforms, products, and websites.


  • Working on the development team to build cross-platform applications for data analysis and visualization
  • Working collaboratively with team members to define, develop, and implement solutions
  • Developing, maintaining, documenting, and testing apps, systems, and utilities
  • Supporting web development initiatives and prototypes generated by the Innovation Team
  • Writing thorough testing of code developed by yourself and other team members
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience using a MV*/Component JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, or Vue
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with web technologies such as REST, JSON, and XML
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and concepts
  • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices


  • Experience with front-end end-to-end integration and unit testing frameworks such as Karma, Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, or Protractor
  • Experience with a back-end language such as Node.js or Python
  • Experience with front-end build tools such as Gulp, Grunt, Browserify, Webpack, or Yarn
  • Experience with SASS, SCSS, LESS, or other pre/post processors
