The PLX Internet Communications course (PLX IC) is designed to equip users with the knowledge and skills required to effectively analyze the vast number of internet communications that can be captured and loaded into PLX. This course emphasizes hands-on experience, where students work through real-life case information.

Learn about the different social media types of content and access points. 

Call data analysis

Learn how to find and analyze internet data provided in your historical toll records from telephone services providers. 

Autoloading

Learn how to input and edit Call, Subject, Cell Tower and Social Media files effectively.

Mapping

Learn how to generate various types of charts and maps to see a graphical representation of your IP addresses.

Exporting

Learn how to export data to other PLX users or people in the field for efficient data sharing.

customized Reporting

Learn how to create customized reports and views of internet content for effective communication and analysis.

email analysis

Learn how to recognize and analyze email headers and email content from historical toll records.
