Bilingual Client Services Engineer (Full-Time)
 

 
Job Opportunity: We are looking for a candidate to join our Client Services Engineering Team who will support our intercept solutions software used by thousands of Law Enforcement and Intelligence Agents around the globe in making our world a safer place. Primary duties include leading installations of new systems at customer sites, assist and troubleshoot technical support issues via phone or web (VPN, Servers, and Operating Systems), document all technical inquiries in CRM software, execute quality assurance activities, and translating Pen-Link documents and software.
Job Type: -  Full-Time
Location: -  Lincoln, NE  USA
What we need:

-Bachelor degree required in technical field OR equivalent technical training AND a minimum of five years of LAN/WAN experience 
-Fluency in both English and Spanish
-Be able to travel at a minimum of once a month
-Extensive knowledge of network concepts is required
-Thorough understanding of network protocols
-Demonstrated understanding of the interrelations of network technology and other information technology
-Ability to work with minimum direction and to work effectively in a team environment
-Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of personnel at various levels within and outside the organization
-Good organizational and time management skills are required to handle the workload and track the various projects going on simultaneously
-Be able to lift 50 pounds
-Have a valid driver’s license

Job Opportunity: We are looking for a candidate to join our Client Services Team who will support our analytical solutions software used by thousands of Law Enforcement and Intelligence Agents around the globe in making our world a safer place. Primary duties would include providing technical support to customers via phone or web, document all technical inquiries in CRM software, execute quality assurance activities, and translate Pen-Link documents and software. You would also train small groups of people on our product both locally and abroad.

This role will involve testing the software functionality and usability to ensure that all functional requirements are met. You will work directly with our development and design team to provide input on functionality, product design, and product usability.

This role will assume the lead in ensuring quality is implemented throughout the development cycle.   This position will develop and execute automated regression and stress testing for the application and systems releases.
